About Ayubia National Park

Ayubia National Park is located in Abbottabad District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan. This park is established in 1984 and the area of this park is 3,122 hectaree. This park was named after the late Muhammad Ayub Khan (1958–1969), second President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 104 species of plants are the beauty of this park. The main floral species are Blue Pine, Horse Chestnut, Cedrus deodara, Yew, Silver Fir and Oak. In Ayubia Park, 21 plants belong to 19 families and these families are known for their medicinal properties.
